Coffee! From flavor crystals to the science experiment-esque Chemex method, there are plenty of ways in which to brew, sip, and enjoy one of our favorite beverages. One of my favorite coffee roasters, Counter Culture, is based right here in the south in North Carolina.
One of their regional training centers is based right here in the South at Atlanta’s King Plow Center. A number of local independent coffee houses, including Octane, Tilt, and ParkGrounds use their beans, and recently Saveur Magazine featured them in their list of top brews.
